Who is responsible
Rules Scape, the publisher of Ibiza Travel, is responsible for your data. Write to info@ibizatravel.es, or by post to the address in our legal notice.
What stays in your browser
Your day or night choice, the places you save and your trip plan are kept in your own browser. They only reach us if you ask for your trip guide by email. This site does not set cookies.
Live weather
Live conditions are requested by our own server from MET Norway and NASA JPL MUR. Your browser only talks to our site for this.
Forms and emails
- Contact and advertising forms: we receive your name, email address and message by email and use them only to reply. We keep them for up to 24 months after your last message, then delete them.
- Trip guide by email: we use your email address and the plan you built only to send that guide once. It does not sign you up for anything.
- Newsletter: optional, and only active after you confirm through the link we send you. We keep your email address and language, and the date of your confirmation as proof of consent, until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
We use your data for these requests because you ask us to (contact and guide) or because you give your consent (newsletter).
Guide assistant
Questions you type in the assistant are sent to our server and to Cloudflare Workers AI only to write the answer from this guide. We do not store your questions or link them to you. Please do not include personal details.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts the site, protects the forms with Turnstile (which loads only when you start filling in a form) and forwards our email. Resend sends our emails. Messages arrive in a Google mailbox. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Analytics and advertising
There is no analytics or advertising on this site at the moment. Before we add them, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked first through Google's consent message.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@ibizatravel.es. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt) or to the authority in your country, such as the AEPD in Spain (aepd.es).
