Dalt Vila (walled old town)

• Dalt Vila is the walled historic quarter of Ibiza Town, set on a hill above the port.
• It is protected by 16th century Renaissance walls with seven bastions, among them Sant Pere and Sant Jaume.
• It became part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.
• Inside the walls stand the Cathedral, the Castle and Almudaina, and the Casa de la Curia.
